Cartoners
These machines neatly make and fill cartons at the same time, carefully loading them with bagged and boxed product items without damaging them. When production lines include pick-and-place robots, it’s possible to fill cartons either automatically or semi-automatically with product items such as food, medications, cosmetics, and retort pouches. TAM is able to customize cartoners to suit the features of any the product items to be boxed, and then design the cartoners to fit right into existing production lines.
Intermittent CartonersCL810
Features
CL810 Cartoner is our intermittent cartoner that comes in a compact size. The blank carton sheet is picked from carton magazine and formed automatically, then products are inserted holistically and flaps are closed. The customer can choose to have cartons either glued or tucked. Automatic insertion device can be equipped for line-production.

Intermittent Type CartonerCL1210
Features
This is our intermittent cartoner designed to handle large boxes. As with the CL810, it too is available with gluing and tucking functions. Size change can be completed in 5 minutes without using tools. Automatic insertion device can be equipped for helping easy filling and for effective streamlining.

B-Type CartonerCF210
Features
The CF210 cartoner neatly fills pouches into one-touch cartons automatically. This is a suitable solution for filling several retort pouches into cartons. Pouches which are accumulated at given number will be carefully placed in the cartons, without damaging the package and then flaps are tucked in. Either flat pouches or self-standing pouches can be handled.

High-speed cartonerCN1000
Features
The CN1000 automatically fills and pack elongated product items such as stick-packed gum or candy. It improves your production efficiency even further when this cartoner is included as part of your production line. The products are filled into carton by swiveling pick and placing device and operation output of 200 pcs per minute can be achieved.
